Subs Information
				Subscriptions for the 2011 season have been set by the Committee and are now due. Full payment is required by 31 July 2011. The Club's preferred payment option is Direct Debit to:      Canterbury Hockey Club Inc      MyState Financial      Account number         51257513      BSB number              807-009 If you're transferring from a Mystate account, the Club's customer number is 710059. Please identify payment details by adding your name or invoice number to the payment. Cheque payments are to be made out the 'Canterbury Hockey Club Inc' and mailed to GPO Box 782 Hobart, Tas 7001. A summary of subscriptions by grade follows in the table below: Grade Subscription $ Boys and Girls under 11 190 Boys and Girls under 12 to under 18 200 Mens A Grade and A-Reserve 480 Mens 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade and 4th Grade 340 Mens 5th Grade (Wombats) 300 Womens A Grade and A-Reserve 440 Womens 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade and 4th Grade 340 Womens Veterans 300 Notes: (1)   Juniors playing in senior teams will be billed for senior subscriptions only (2)   Members who have not paid their subscriptions by the due date will be considered unfinancial and be unable to participate in finals. (3)   The Club may place unfinancial players into debt collection unless an appropriate payment arrangement has been made with the Club’s Treasurer.
