The Corinthians Hockey Club in Ireland Fiona Purcell (Corinthians Hockey Club Ladies Club Captain) has taken the initiative and contacted Canterbury with a view to establishing ties between our clubs. The Corinthians HC has welcomed many Australian players in the last number of years who have played with Corinthians during their travels to Europe.  Now, Corinthians are extending the invitation to Canterbury players to establish contacts, especially if you are thinking about a playing stint overseas. So, if you happen to be travelling in Europe and are keen to play hockey while you are away, why not consider joining up with Corinthians if you make it to Ireland? Corinthians has a great history with 5 Mens teams and 6 Ladies teams, with our Men and Ladies both playing at the highest level.  While the club plays at the highest level it also has a stong family base and active social side, which has proven a great success with the numerous Australians that we have welcomed into the club in the last number of years.
